Personal data protection (GDPR)
The Client is informed and accepts that their personal data may be collected on the Website and used by REVOSCAN acting as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
REVOSCAN undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of Clients’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR, in particular by taking all useful precautions to prevent such data from being altered, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
In particular, Clients’ personal data may be transmitted to service providers and contractual partners which, as processors within the meaning of the GDPR, are directly involved in appointment scheduling and Q&A management. Access to personal data provided by the Client when creating and using their Account and completing the online form (identity, postal address, phone number, email address) is strictly necessary. Processors may act only on REVOSCAN’s instructions.
Clients’ personal data are collected for the following purposes: managing customer relationships, information and appointment requests; strengthening and improving the Website and brand communications (including sending newsletters, SMS and special offers based on observed preferences); improving and personalizing services; and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
Clients’ personal data are retained only for the period strictly necessary in view of the purposes set out above.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify, object to, erase, restrict and port their data. To exercise these rights, they may send a request via the Website contact form or by mail to REVOSCAN – Data Service, Rue Jean Violette 3, Geneva, Switzerland, indicating their full name, email address and client references. Each request must be signed and accompanied by a copy of a valid ID bearing the Client’s signature and must specify the reply address. A response will be provided within 2 months from receipt of the request. The Client may provide REVOSCAN with specific instructions regarding the handling of their data after death, in accordance with the GDPR.

Creating hyperlinks to revoscan.ch is subject to prior approval by the Publishing Director. Hyperlinks to other sites from revoscan.ch, which are regularly checked, can in no event incur the responsibility of the Publishing Director.
